Dele Ajele’s Story
Dele is a certified referral marketing trainer, coach and consultant with Asentiv. He has a background in Engineering with a doctorate in mechanical engineering from Dalhousie University as a commonwealth scholar. His career as a professional engineer has spanned decades and a variety of industries. Dele is also a certified consultant with Infusionsoft, a marketing automation software. With these skills, Dele has been helping business owners create professional, effective marketing strategies that generate amazing business.
Dele has been married to his university sweetheart, Moji, for over 27 years and together they have 4 amazing children. The children are now grown but as Dele says, “they are the best anyone could ever ask for!” They have also been blessed with the sweetest daughter-in-law and an outstanding son-in-law. Dele is a passionate soccer fan, a marathon runner and a public speaker. He loves hiking with his wife and enjoys vacationing with family.
Growing up, Dele recalled as a 12 year old being stuck with “raising” his 5 year old sister. He grew up quickly and became quite independent but the desire for an adult guidance never went away. What a relief when it finally came from a school teacher and what a difference it made to his outlook in life. Today, Dele helps business owners obtain clarity, see past their immediate obstacles into a future of possibilities and create a platform for a successful business and personal life. One of his clients who has been in business for 11 years, states “It’s been a real eye-opener for me – from digging deep and being clear on my why to solidifying my mission and vision for eXmerce.”
Dele loves volunteering as a way of giving back. He has served in various capacities as summer family camp director, church leader and community soccer coach. He served at the Calgary Young Offenders Centre as a volunteer mentor for 4 years. He is currently a volunteer instructor with Alberta Board Development Program, training board members of not-for-profit organizations on effective governance. Dele’s Ph.D thesis on solar application has been published to a book.

Dele The Speaker
As a public speaker, my primary goal is to inspire in my audience, the awareness of the huge potential that lies within them and around them and a strong desire to take action toward achieving that potential. I believe every individual is valuable and unique with a seed of greatness somewhere deep within. With awareness and a little bit of guidance, we all have the ability to surprise ourselves, outperform our current best and leave a legacy that inspire those coming behind. My motivation is to see everyone I work with become the best version of themselves and those in business create the business of their dreams. I speak regularly at BNI meetings at the Alberta South region. I was one of the speakers at a recent Calgary BusinessLink Biz Launch workshop. I am scheduled to speak at this year’s conference of the Public Business Accountants of Alberta coming up in September this year.
